Eversight has been named a 2025 Michigan Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press, marking the fourth consecutive year the nonprofit eye bank has received this recognition.
“Every day, our team lives out our mission to restore sight and prevent blindness with compassion, collaboration and innovation—and it’s encouraging to see that commitment recognized again,” said Michael O’Keefe, Chief Administrative Officer. “This award reflects the heart of who we are at Eversight.”
Top Workplaces awards are based entirely on employee feedback collected by Energage, an independent research firm that measures key aspects of workplace culture including alignment, connection and engagement.
Eversight continues to be recognized nationally and regionally for its people-first culture, earning 41 Top Workplaces awards since 2022, including a national honor from USA TODAY earlier this year.
