Oct. 18, 2023 - Eversight, a nonprofit eye bank dedicated to restoring sight and preventing blindness through donation, transplantation and research, has earned four Culture Excellence Awards for being a Woman-Led organization and excelling in the areas of Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being and Professional Development. 2023 is the second consecutive year Eversight has been recognized for employee appreciation, employee well-being and being women-led.

The Culture Excellence awards are based on a confidential, research-backed, employee engagement survey and recognizes organizations across the country that have made a positive impact on the workplace by prioritizing people. Participating companies are evaluated against the industry’s most robust benchmarks based on 16 years of research and data from 27 million employees across more than 70,000 organizations.
Eversight earned three Culture Excellence awards in October 2022, was named by the Detroit Free Press to Michigan Top Workplaces in November 2022, received the 2023 Top Workplaces USA award in February and earned five Culture Excellence awards in April. To date, Eversight has been awarded 12 unique Top Workplaces and Culture Excellence awards for embodying its core culture and creating a positive workplace environment.
