Eversight named nonprofit top workplace

The eye bank earns recognition for its commitment to a culture of appreciation

Eversight named Nonprofit Top Workplace nationally two years running

ANN ARBOR, Mich., July 10, 2024 – Eversight has been named a national 2024 Nonprofit Top Workplace for the second consecutive year.

Nonprofit Top Workplaces are determined through employee feedback captured through the Energage Workplace Survey. Energage conducts these surveys for media in 65 markets across the U.S. and polled more than two million employees at over 8,000 organizations in the past year.

The Nonprofit Top Workplaces award celebrates Eversight as an employer of choice in the national nonprofit sector.

“At Eversight, our purpose is to empower people and transform lives–it’s the heart of all we do,” said Diane Hollingsworth, President/CEO, Eversight. “We listen to our employees and take time to ensure that everything we do is aligned with our core culture and our values of Service, Drive and Trust.”

In March, Eversight earned the 2024 Top Workplaces award by USA TODAY for fostering a culture of integrity, innovation and appreciation for its employees and creating a positive workplace environment.

“Being named a nonprofit top workplace is yet another indication of our employees' passion and dedication to one day seeing a world without blindness–a goal we could not work towards without our greatest asset: our team,” Hollingsworth said.

Since 2022, Eversight has been awarded 22 Top Workplaces and Culture Excellence awards for embodying its core culture and providing an atmosphere for employees to feel empowered and engaged.
