Submission process & award schedule

Submission process

Please thoroughly review the request for proposal prior to drafting your submission. Fill in the application template and submit to the online portal, along with any images, budget, and an acknowledgment form signed by your department chair. All applications and materials must be submitted through the online portal.

The 2025 application closes at 5 p.m. ET Friday, Sept. 20, 2024.

The 2026 application will be available July 7, 2025 and will close September 22, 2025.

Announcements of receipt, funding awards & rejections

Eversight will send an email acknowledging the receipt of each proposal. If an email acknowledgement is not received within seven business days, applicants should contact Eversight.

Emails notifying applicants of awards and rejections will be sent in December 2025. If an announcement notice is not received by the first week of January 2026, applicants should contact Eversight.

Award schedule

2025

July 7 — Application opens. All applications must be submitted through the online form.

September 22 — Application closes.

2026

January — Grant awardees announced and all applicants notified. Funding begins.

December — Progress report due to Eversight.
