Submission process
Please thoroughly review the request for proposal prior to drafting your submission. Fill in the application template and submit to the online portal, along with any images, budget, and an acknowledgment form signed by your department chair. All applications and materials must be submitted through the online portal.
The 2025 application closes at 5 p.m. ET Friday, Sept. 20, 2024.
Announcements of receipt, funding awards & rejections
Eversight will send an email acknowledging the receipt of each proposal. If an email acknowledgement is not received within seven business days, applicants should contact Eversight.
Emails notifying applicants of awards and rejections will be sent in December 2024. If an announcement notice is not received by the first week of January 2025, applicants should contact Eversight.
