Over our 75-year history, Eversight has developed unparalleled academic and professional development offerings to meet the field’s ever-evolving needs. We seized the opportunity to create a single hub for these offerings, and Eversight Academy was born.

Courses

Eversight Academy offers a curated selection of comprehensive courses available remotely or in-person by request. Essential topics offered include Eye Banking 101, Midwire Match, Postmortem Protocol, Handling Human Eye Tissue and more. Immerse yourself in knowledge relevant to your role curated by eye banking experts, ensuring a holistic understanding of critical concepts to support the gift of sight.

Fellowship

Eversight proudly sponsors a supplemental fellowship for one cornea fellow at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center each year. Eversight fellows receive advanced training in research, clinical skills and education related to corneal transplantation and eye bank practices. The position offers protected research time away from clinical duties and supplemental funds that support the fellow’s salary, research, travel and supplies. We also provide mentorship and unrestricted access to the Eversight Center for Vision and Eye Banking Research.
