Eversight holds itself to the highest standards, and we are proud to participate in reviews by the Eye Bank Association of America, the nationally recognized accrediting body for eye banks, and the Food & Drug Administration. In addition, certain states require eye and tissue banks to obtain licenses/permits in order to provide human tissues to surgeons in those states. Eversight currently holds licenses in California, Florida, Maryland, New York and Canada. The State of Illinois requires annual tissue bank registration, so our Bloomington and Chicago laboratories are registered with the state in compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health regulations.
