KeraNatural®

Eversight Academy has curated this free on-demand training to help you best serve your patients. Let us help you seamlessly adopt KeraNatural for the treatment of advanced keratoconus, even in patients with thin corneas.

KeraNatural surgery follows the Istanbul protocol nomogram for ICRS (pictured).

Basic surgical steps include:

  • Create circular channel manually or with a femtosecond laser with two incisions located 180° apart
  • Push the ring or arc in gently from one side of the channel with a blunt rod
  • Pull the segment through from the opposite incision with a reverse Sinskey hook
  • Trim the ends of the tissue and position within the channel
  • Optional instruments: Aylin KN Forceps and Kilic KN Tunnel Separator

The KeraNatural procedure has high biocompatibility, minimal extrusion risk and can be reversed or adjusted as needed. Order today to have this sterile, precut tissue on hand when needed.
