Meet the Eversight Global Development team

Collin Ross, CEBT, has been with Eversight since 1997, leading the organization’s international efforts and building collaborative relationships with overseas partners. He has extensive experience managing Eversight clinical and administrative projects, including facility designs, strategic plans, and new programs and service lines.

Ramona Bashshur joined the Eversight team in 2013 following a 17-year career with American Airlines. She holds two law degrees, a certificate in public health and is primarily engaged with research and writing in support of Eversight’s global programs. Bashshur has published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and leads Eversight’s summer public health intern program.  

David Lee, CEBT, joined Eversight in 2012 as a laboratory intern. He has been privileged to work with physicians and transplant professionals in many countries to combat blindness through transplantation, medical education, and eye bank development. Lee serves as a council member of Association of Eye Banks of Asia.  

Since 2001, Carrie Masson has held various roles at Eversight, including clinical lab technician (CEBT); hospital, medical examiner, hospice and funeral home liaison; and domestic surgeon relations. In her current role, Masson leverages her extensive expertise to serve international customers and partners, striving to eliminate corneal blindness globally through eye bank development, clinical training and tissue provision.  

Heather Nuskind joined Eversight in 2024 and brings over 25 years of experience in ophthalmology, working in global, academia and the public sectors. She has extensive experience building and managing relationships, developing global programs and training content and curriculum. Nuskind is pursuing an education doctorate with a particular focus in global ophthalmology.
