Linda M. Madsen
If I could speak to you now
My wife, Linda, was the most caring and loving Wife/Mother/Sister you could imagine.
Her life was tainted by pain and emotional struggles dealing with no relief for the last 13 years. Never did she complain. Never did she give up. We had the most wonderful marriage and raised a beautiful daughter together. She always put everyone else first. Sadly and I mean extremely sadly, Linda passed away suddenly. The grief was and is overwhelming. But, I knew what I had to do.
That was to honor her wishes. One was to be a donor. She and I had many discussions about that. We both agreed that it is the right thing to do. I am so incredibly proud of her, she has given sight to another, a gift that cannot be matched !
I feel so good to know that a part of her is still alive and helping someone to live the life they deserve. Something she did not have, a quality life.
I appreciate the opportunity to tell the world how wonderful she was as a person, and how proud I am of her.
I love you,Linda, Forever,Forever !!
To those who never knew her, these are her words,
IF I COULD SPEAK TO YOU NOW
I would tell you how much my family and friends mean to me, the undying
Love that pours out of me, for my Husband and Daughter.
How much I missed and how much guilt I feel for not being there
When pain beyond my power kept me from all I needed and wanted to do.
I just want to be understood, and remembered for being the Loving and Caring person that was always inside of me, even when I was unable to see you or talk to you because it was just not possible.
All I ask is , if you know someone who is in Pain, sheltered, or withdrawn, Go to them and give comfort.
Maybe a hug or to listen. Sometimes , that is the best medicine.
I am so thankful to have the Marriage that every Woman dreams about,
We are inseparatable and above all BEST FRIENDS.
My Daughter, Jessica , is the Joy and Pride that every Mother could ever want.
All of you have touched my life and the memories are precious, My Love goes out to you.
If you ever want someone to talk to, I’ll be there to listen.
