What a wonderful letter I received that Rob’s eye tissue donation was able to give the sight of two people in need of a cornea transplant.
Rob passed away unexpectedly in November 2023 of a massive heart attack just a few months shy of his 65th birthday. We would have been married for 40 years. He had the sweetest kindest soul and was my best friend. He never met a stranger…talked to everyone he met. Rob loved to tell jokes -whether good or bad, repeating those he heard watching old Johnny Carson shows. My heart is broken but am so grateful to know that his donation has been used to help other people.
