To Our Unknown Donors

I would like to show my gratitude to not one, but several cornea donors. I myself have had a cornea transplant due to Fuchs’ Dystrophy. I got this eye disease from my Mother, who has received two corneas. Down the road, I may need to have a transplant in my other eye. I also have a son who received a cornea at the age of 17, due to Keratoconus. My family has been blessed due to the selflessness of these donor famililies. Because of these families, I have decided to be an organ donor myself.
